People Operations & Workflows

I started at Taxwell in recruiting and eventually moved deeper into HR operations, analytics, and special projects. The work changed, but I kept gravitating toward the systems underneath it: how information moved, what people needed to make a decision, where the process broke down, and what we could make easier.

Other HR work

Seasonal hiring

My first major seasonal program at Taxwell hired 900+ employees and contractors, including 288 CPAs and EAs. My own workload regularly included 50–70+ phone screens and 30–40+ scheduled interviews a week.

HR data and reporting

Workday reports and calculated fields, seasonal EIB loads, lifecycle transactions, compliance, and recurring leadership reporting. I also supported data validation during the UKG-to-Workday migration and two mergers.

Minds in Motion

I founded Taxwell’s neurodiversity employee resource group, secured executive sponsorship, and developed sessions and resources. Our Communications team later described it as the company’s largest ERG by membership.
